Presenting:
BUSINESS – Create Your Business Action Plan
Creating a business action plan is not an academic exercise. Nor is the idea to produce a document you tuck neatly in a drawer—never again to see the light of day.
In this session you’ll learn three essential elements of a business action plan, how to develop them specifically for your business, and how to use the plan regularly to drive growth. It will bring structure, clarity, and a realistic timeline to help create the consistency required for long-term success, and help you operate more as a business than a hobby. We explore different types of goals, and how to make sure the actions you define will work together to actually produce the results you want. Whether you’re just beginning, or an experienced pro, a good business action plan can grow your business, help you invest your time more effectively, and create a greater sense of personal satisfaction.
